AZ holds up OH renewal from 19 years ago for $10!

Back in the 90's in AZ for spring break I had my Uniden RD-9 go off followed by brakes and everything loose becoming projectiles inside the car, twice in two separate visits to the state. The later of the two was 85 in 65 which I was doing triple digits before braking ended up being reckless driving which was $300 in 1992. Went to renew license this past fall and there was a $10 hold because I didn't take a class...this is from 19 years ago. Lady at BMV said she has heard of them going back over 40 years! Locals are digging deep and they'll find you!

That sucks. But just try to collect money you're owed from that far back. Betcha' one would give up before getting the money.

On another note...Wish they'd make another detector in the RD-9 size. Ever go traveling by air and take your V1 one and everything else with you? Then have the stupid TSA people wonder what the V1 one is. Ugh. I had one brilliant person ask what an inverter was. I just pointed to the outlets and smiled as I said works just like that one on the wall.
