Funny. Your camera might not have seen that a truck dropped boxes of nails all over the highway. Or some 5 gal cans of wet paint are on the road etc etc.

You don't know the situation. You drive by with a camera (is that legal to drive distracted?) and know all the details right?

My camera has its own mount and perfectly legal. I was using my eyes to look for any details. So...

So did we check with the agency to find out what the incident was? Did we check with the local news to see if there was a report on the backup? Did we look in the RR archives to find out what the officer might have said? Did we look to see if there was an accident that had just been cleared? Do I think this looks like troll video?
