I agree. Even though I use a V1 now I will back the X50's performance. For the money I think it's a better value then the V1.

LOL no i didnt get a ticket, but like i said my POS cobra will dectet a cop that far. ALL IM SAYING IS , WHY ISNT MY X50 PICKING UP RADAR 3-4 MILES LIKE IT CLAIMS TO BE ABLE 2. Just today there was a cop driving towards me on a flat open road and the farthest i could pick him up was a mile. I PAIED 375 DOLLARS AFTER TAX FOR THIS THING TO BE ABLE TO PICK COPS UP 2+ MILES. I WANT IT TO DO WHAT IS SAYS IT WILL. if i just wanted a half mile detection i wouldnt of bought this!!!!

You're not listening to any of the responses above. If you're not happy with the X50 return it. I think you'd be much happier with your Cobra :roll:

The only thing better about a cobra Vs the X50 is all of thoes great false alarms

I've never had any problems with the range on my X50... and I even noticed an improvement in range and response over K and Ka after I turned off the POP and the ever pointless X-band.
