road trip to myrtle beach, sc

my family is taking a trip to my sisters national dance competition, on sunday, in myrtle beach. i am torn between letting them use my x50, butthen i will have no countermeasures... but anyway they are going on this route..... starting point(northern ky) 75 south to 275 south(into tennessee). then its onto 640 East to 40 East(into n.carolina). then from I-40 to I-26 East ( into s. carolina) and then onto I-20. from there they will go on US-76 and then they can follow the rest of the way to there. i just wanna see if you all can give me some heads up on some places along this route where cops are usually at( the "hot spots").. thank you all a bunch for all that you can give for those of you that do.

All of NC they love to use instant on KA. Also www.speedtraps.org mite help but watch out because I know cops put them up themselves so your looking for the speed trap that is coming up a mile away but your actually at the trap.

I'll 2nd that.... I live in Charlotte, NC and Instant KA is a Fav of the State Troopers. Also if you've turned off X, turn it back on, the Locals like to use it.

If your trip takes you through Latta, SC, watch out. Speed limit is a rediculous 25 and is strictly enforced. Just got a 19 over ticket three weeks ago. They run K and Ka there.
