It showed my correct speed, but not a peep out of the X50. :shock:

do you have all your bands turned on, on your X50?
it might of been a X-band antenna

Yeah, as mentioned above if you have anybands turned off... that could happen, or it could be so far out of tune the X50 didnt pick it up.

My X50 is two months old. Let's hope it's not out of tune yet. And yes, I have all bands turned on. It's worked ok since then, picking up several cops and other signs. I'll have to watch it closely and see if it happens again. Glad I got the extended warranty. I may need it. :?

No need to guess on the X50/RX65's if they are falling out of tune, they will tell you via the (dreaded) self-cal/service-req messages.

Well thats not good, do you have another (back-up) detector to test the X50 against, just for cases like this?
