Falsing and flitering

My X50, even in city mode falses like a son of a b!tch. X and K band. I Sometimes get 3 even 4 bars--in the same area/intersection. What stores/sources seem to bring about the most falses b/c if this thing is considered to have great filtering, I'd hate to see one that doesn't. :?

Mostly motion sensors. Around here, you get a lot from CVS Pharmacies, gas stations, etc etc, it depends on where you live.

Sicne these signals are electronically identical to police radar, there is no way to get rid of the false alerts without also getting rid of your protection against police radar.

X2. theres a CVS pharmacy at an intersection that im stopped at every day, when im sitting there CVS is across the street and it drive my X50 absolutely crazy, it may have the best filtering but its also sensitive to police radar frequencies like a mother f****r

every time I try to find parking near target it goes full alert to K-band when passing by the doors :x

where I went to school in Greenville Sc, there was a Best Buy that would spew Kband out onto the highway that ran behind it, took me a couple times to realize that was the source, drove me crazy for a while.
Its kinda fun to drive past those doors in exp meter though and watch as the x50 goes almost full on one and then aquires the next and then slowly ramps down on one and back up on the other as you drive past (one of the ways I got myself used to using exp meter back when I first bought the unit), thats what I love about individual threat strength tracking.[/i]
