Gonna buy x50 do i need extended warranty

8500 X50...............if you can that would be a good Idea, if something goes wrong as a fall-back thats all

i dont know a lot about radars..do people normally have problems with the detectors? Most store offer extended warranty with a cost of course..

right I didnt know BB offered it, they didnt offer me one for mine anyways

really its just nice to have as a fallback plan

With an X50 seems to be hit and miss on needing it repaired but it might not be a bad idea...Self Cal seems to be the only problem..

i got the extended warranty(of course i live 30mins from Escort, so i got all the works) about a month after my initial one year warranty went out i sent it up for repair cuz it froze on me and it would just go full blast KA and scare the crap out of me... everything was fixed in two days.... with the extended warranty from escort only you get faster service... took it up on a wednesday and had it back on friday of the same week.... not to mention they gave me a 7500S as a detector to use for the time being.. it is definitely woth the $30 for another two years of protection

its off exit 19 on 1-75 in ohio(west chester) i think its the washington blvd exit, but i know it is whatever exit 19 is
