Who here made a hidden display for your X50?

I have a spare 8500 and would like to make a hidden display for my Bel V995 (same display). Was it a hard job? did you take it to someone? do you have pics? Thanks.

PM Pipedope, hes the one, I was going to, but decided against it, not only could it damage the board itself the LEDs might not like you either, so I scrapped it due to risk, it sounds pretty easy, but youre dealing with expensive sensitive equipment

I dunno if he's still around, but I guess give him a shout and you might get something
