Bear-Tweezy Yeah i got a lil greedy. It was a four lane higway and a cop had someone pulled over and evryone kept going 60 in a 70 even after they passed the cop, well i finally get the chance to pass and get up to about 85mph and as im passing another State Trooper from the opposite direction came buy and nailed me. Def going to use a rabbit from now on!!!!!!!!!! $200 lesson learnd.

So RacerX your X50 rev 6.1 kept up with the STI in long Distance? i would like you to do Ka-band testing in INSTANT-ON mode and see which one picks up ka-band the best. My X50 got totally owned this past weekend by Texas State Trooper running ka-band Instant-On. D@MN i HATE INSTANT ON :!: :!: :!: :!: :!:

Result= $200 ticket.

yeah, i was surprised that it did hang.
i haven't been too impressed with the X50 yet, so i decided to do some head to head tests to see how it stacks against the STI and SR7's. I figured i would put either the X50 or STI on the bike, depending on how the tests go.

this first test was purely a long range test to see what they would do.

i was in my usual laser test spot and shot cars with radar to see if the detectors would pick it up at the longer distances.

I'm going to have them about 4 miles out and do 2 second I/O bursts, about 5 seconds or so apart.

Depending on the results, i'll either go out further or bring it in some.

I'll then do some over the hill and around the corner runs too.
