Welcome sevilla to the board. What he means by level is make sure your rd is "perpendicular" to the road. Make sure it is as straight as possible and it's not aiming towards the sky like I see some Cobra and Whistler users do.

In my city is too rare see cops with radar, hehe.. but i want be carefully.
