    Default Refund on 9500i

    Escort has had my returned 9500i unit back for over a week now and no credit so far on my card - anybody else had issues getting their money back? i am not in a hurry or anything but i didnt want it to get to far out of hand and perhaps forget about it for some reason.

    Did you verify that actually received it? they claim it takes 10 days to receive the credit. I'm still waiting too. :cry:

    they recieved mine on thursday according to usps. Escort told me 10 days for a credit. I am holding the usps reciept/ track info until i get my credit.

    Escort received mine on a Thurs. and the credit was in on Tuesday. Maybe they are just "swamped" with 9500i returns and are running a little behind.

    Be sure to call Escort CS to let them know you are returning and to get an RMA# to put on the outside of your box before shipping.

    i called escort before i shipped they never mentioned anything about giving me a rma number. they just gave me the address to ship it too
