^ Unfortunately, I don't know of such a list, but just a word of caution ->

Having the hardware doesn't necessarily mean that the enforcers will use it.

This is readily exemplified by one of our local townships, where it was discovered by one of our fellow RD.net hobbyists, on a ride-along, that despite having the POP hardware, the officers simply never use their units in that fashion.

Remember, there's a lot of factors here at-play (not the least of which is whether or not your detector can even "catch" that particular ms-duration of POP effectively, i.e. its performance versus a particular "gun"), consider all of them before making your final decision.

I rembmber someone told me,that only V1 with POP on detects Berkut pulse(300m/s) radar.
There was also test done with RX-65 and it alerted VERY badly or no alert at all, to Berkut or Iskra1pulse radar.
i dont know about Berkut, but once i borrow Whistler 58pro and on highway K band was detectet, i think i was Iskra, but not sure it was in POP mode or not!

The Whistler Pro58 with POP on or off will reliably alert to a 300ms signal, as long as it's within its detection range.

IIRC the Valentine also responds to alerts >=100ms with POP in either mode. My memory could be bad, read the General Talk's thread from Mike B about sensitivity reports, I think that's where this table is.

The Belscorts with POP OFF reject alerts <=600ms to reduce falsing, so you might run into some problem with pulse radar if POP is OFF.
