I have since then been loving and learning a lot about this RD and love it but a few months back I have recentley reading the Self Cal message and as of right now it don't do it and it is also the Version 5 to and until I bought one for my bike I never knew 6.3 was out so when it craps out I will get the newest Valentine and install it in my vehicle then.....

I had a hell of a time getting the thing to power on with the key in the on position but I finialley did it with the running light 12v power instead of with a blinker power that is always 12v hot all the time and I love this method cause I don't need the RD on while the bike is still or parked and the key is in the on position cause then the battery would go dead after awhile.

I wish I could test it but for now I will have to wait it out and wait for spring to get here with some good riding weather......

I hope you all like the setup and I kept the wires nice and neat and tucked away so you can't see it and I left a lot of play for stearing room.....
