I am trying to access the Escort radar site but it is asking for a username / password. Could somebody please verify? Thanks.

Yeah, I think something's wrong with it.
Here is what Esoterica observed last night and posted in the other thread:
I just tried http:/www.escortradar.com/ and its asking for a password. Likewise http://www.escortradar.com/9500ci.htm is prompting me for a password too.Originally Posted by Esoterica
I wonder if somebody set the router for WAN access to its internal web server for maintenance purposes. I guess that would cause it to ask for a user name and password when anyone from outside their local network tries to access their web site on port 80.
it's fixed.. that was the switch the website was sitting on I was laughing my A$$ off
I was trying to do a Nmap scan on it to figure out what brand it was.
http://nmap.org/
Figured this password prompt was likely the factory default user name and password. Thought I'd screw with them and change the password on them by looking up the users manual on line and finding out what the defaults were for it. (They'd easily be able to clear it if physically at it with a reset). I couldn't tell for sure what it was though and by the time the scan completed they were already back up and running again.
Sysops don't like getting scanned like this, fortunately they didn't detect me doing it (at least yet, might still see it in their logs) and block my IP (not that I can't change it easy enough by running C:\IPCONFIG /RELEASE then C:\IPCONFIG RENEW)
I did a google search and found the default for the switch, it wasn't on defaultOriginally Posted by Esoterica
