What is the frequency? It might be right on the edge of the X50's frequency detection range.
ok sure will what did u mean by it might be on the edge of it,
I'm not sure where the cutoff is for the X50, but K band is supposed to be between 24.050GHz and 24.250GHz. My SRX overshoots this range somewhat. Anyhow, I have one store door opener that sometimes my SRX does not alert to, but sometimes alerts at exactly 24.000GHz. I suspect you might have the same kind of deal going on.
is this the same with leo to and is ur k band so sensitve that it jumps from like 2 bars to 5-6 bars sometimes
No, LEOs are required to keep their radar guns calibrated within the legal limits for K band radar, 24.050GHz to 24.250GHz. Speed signs do not need to be calibrated, so they tend to drift off frequency. Sometimes reception is a bit jumpy, due to traffic, hills, reflections, etc. Yours sounds totally normal.
