9500i Vs V1 on Ka band

Actually the 9500i is very bad and disappoitned me

My country UAE and Austrilia use the most hard radar systems

Multanova or photo radar which work on 34 Mhz

the 9500i cant detect them in a good way , sometimes detect from only 50 meters !

also i have found website agree on what i said above

I think in USA the 9500i is great but in any country use 34Mhz , will be bad radar

i bought 9500i and it passed custom and when i order V1 they hold it

I wish escrot find a new software for us to protect us from KA 34 mhz

while ka 34.700 Ghz - 1300 which is very far from KU band

I dont think enabling of disabling ku band will help

I have mounted 9500i vertically and it detected ka band a tiny bit far from horizental but again the K band became much weaker

Better escort to comeup with a new software otherwise 9500 no way come near V1

34.7 is the easiest to detect and your 9500i should have no problem with it. The multinova I believe is not 34.7.

Just a randome guess, or wishful thinking. But Turning on KU would imply is being used somplace like Australia where KU actually may be used and different KA bands are used too.
Give it a try, who knows.

My 9500I rocks on 34.7.

What car do you have? Maybe its one of those special windshields?

34.7 is the easiest to detect and your 9500i should have no problem with it. The multinova I believe is not 34.7.

34.300 is big problem azonehits , very hard for 9500i to detect it

maximam 100 meters , sometimes 40 meters
in my country maybe in each high way they use more than 10 to 20 multanova camera plus the moving camera too

now if they put moving camera work on K band i can detect it with no problem , but if the moving camera work on ka , again i have problem

with K band i never ever have problem , it can be detect it at least 300 meters and sometimes 1 mile

You may need to get the STi-R then since it can cover that frequency. Check my previous post for some other threads related to your issue.
