Question on K Band

I'm trying Spec display on my 8500 X50 for a while. Is police K band at 24.250 roughly? Most door openers seem to be 24.12 thru 24.16 range. Haven't picked up a LEO using K band yet but Austin does use it. The web information that I found said police K band was 24.250 and just wanted to know if this was correct.

Police K band is legally anywhere between 24.050GHz and 24.250GHz, but is usually more towards the center of this band.

Thanks for the info. Checked some of radar gun makers sites and specs were 24.150GHz so that puts them in right in the door opener range. Crap!
