4600 is a VERY, VERY old unit, I doubt it's of any use by today's standards.

I'm sorry to tell you Mr. Lawrence but all Cobras are blind on 35.5 Ka which is the #2 radar gun used in the U.S. There is tests to back this up And they Leak Constant Ka to all other RD manufactures. Whistler has 3 Filter modes just to filter out Cobras. Ask anyone on this forum what there opinion is on a Cobra. There is not 1 good cobra out there i would trust.

Oh yeah, a cobra? It's a good dash decoration, other than that, I don't see much use for it.

I'd use the old escort if I were you, its way superior to the cobra

The 4600 was crappy on Ka band back in the day when it came out ten plus years ago and it is even crappier today.
