Being an aesthetic freak may have cost me a timely warning about a year ago. I'll never know. I got a Chotis RVM mount and invisicord to make a very neat (i cant help myself) installation. Overall, it raised the installation of the unit a mere 20 inches or so from its previous installation.
JUST FROM THIS CHANGE, my 9500ix has added four [false] signals to its database just on my daily commute.
Mount it high. Increases the RD range, hides from thieves if behind the tint band, and keeps it cooler.
Forget laser detection...it's that simple![]()
