Looks like there are some minor differences in the K and Ka LO's. The RedLine and STi-r have devices inside the transmission lines of the push push oscillators that do not appear on the STI. At least not in the photos registered on the FCC website.

The K-Band LO on the Redline is also a wee bit different than than the STi-r.

There are also more obvious changes in circuitry on the Motherboard between the RedLine and STI.

This picture is of the Bel STI M3 LO board. The K and Ka LO transmission lines are circled (the Gold Hoops with a bar sticking up in the middle). If you compare this picture with the Redline you will see that there are some extra SMDs inside the transmission lines on the RedLine.
