Default Anyone know how the new QI45 compares to the STI-R and CI?

PASSPORT Qi45*::*Installed Detectors*::*ESCORT :: The Radar and Laser Experts

I wonder if it has sensitivity of the Redline, Ci or STI-R?

The Qi45 is M4 based, not M3, so basically, about the same as your 9500ix.

    ^^^^
    lulz...

The 9500ix, x50, V955, 995, RX65, GX65, 9500i etc etc etc... all share the same platform (M4... now at least) so when the guy said X50 it basically meant any M4 (take into account manufacturers variance.)

Basically it's just another M4 Escort is throwing out there that is more of the same.

The remote radar antenna is an M4 and is completely identical to all of the other Belscort M4 remotes. There is no mystery as to how the Qi45 will perform.

The difference is, I know what's inside that casing. Escort didn't even bother to change the casing in an attempt to fool anyone into thinking this is a brand new product. The radar antenna is identical to previously released models, so it will perform the same, minus manufacturer's variances. Just like we knew how the RedLine would perform before it was released, we know his the Qi45 will perform. We will eventually test the Qi45, but there's no rush since we know that this is a recycled product.
