My horn sets off my 9500ix laser alert!

I have a hummer h3 and if I beep my horn while driving i get a fake laser alert. I've tried it parked and i dont get it. lol. also dont get it with headlights off.

aparently this is common. I found another post about someone whos does this. Why would this happen though? I was thinking maybe my horn has a high powerd laser built in to fry other vehicles electronics.

Transmitting on my CB makes the Laser alert on the 9500i

Sometimes moving it makes it alert.

I think it secretly cries when it is alone at night

My old Radio Shack one did a few times and only in my van.
The IX does not.

My cb radio sets off the laser alert on my Bel V940 when I am transmitting, and in a Volvo Semi the horn would to set off the laser alert on my Escort x-50. Interesting my V1 is silent when I transmit on the CB but falses laser to the common falses, infinity's, Trailblasers etc.

Just got my 9500iX but I noticed today that something emminating from my dash sets off my laser alarm.

Not sure what that could be.... driving an 05 Jeep GC

It could be anything with an LCD screen.
