    Default Escort 9500CI mounted.

I got around to mounting my 9500CI on my 928, here are some pics.
This is a temporary mount, I will be integrating it into a CarPuter as soon as funds allow.
I mounted the display where the clock way, after I took of the Escort printing on it, so unless it is triggered it looks like a volt meter.

This is where it goes into the clock.

    in the partially finished panel.

I had to take a couple of things out for mounting it.

    Looks stealthy from the front.

    Rear shot.

Car was dirty, but here is a pic of the insides after I mounted it, the display is just forward of the gearshift. (I have a Euro 5 speed, dual disk clutch, to install in the car, just need time)

    I think it looks good.

"..this is a He-Man car,it's a brute, it's a kind of thing that would go out and just eat a tractor...for fun. I wish Porsche still made it today..(Jeremy Clarkson on the 928)"

The interior install looks great but the jammer heads are mounted way too low. I suggest you move them up one slot. Can you post an up close pic of the radar antenna?

    classic ride
    nice work

always a challenge, my preference is positioning the display closer to my [ongoing] field-of-view

Due to the design of the "Grill" that is the only place I could see to put them due to the cooling flaps.
I will try to get a picture later today.

BTW, it did seem to work last Sunday, Atlanta Police were shooting Laser and I was about 20 ever and he left me alone, not sure if it was the jammers working or he knew some one faster would be there in a minute.

And you better be in the right hand lane if you are only running 20 over.

It was on I85 just north of the airport, so 75 MPH is about what traffic runs.
