9500ci Firmware: Which Version is Best?

As we know, sometimes the "latest & greatest" isn't exactly that. For example, there was one release of 9500ci firmware that would announce "POP Alert!" whenever you got tagged with LIDAR.

If you had a 9500ci that still had version 1.0 firmware programmed into it, to which version would you upgrade and why?

I think the latest version is actually the best. I haven't heard any complaints yet. Still, my 9500ci will stay at 1.0 until a ramp up fix is coming

It was rather a version 1.5 or 1.4 I can't remember yet. 1.6 very rarely loses the GPS signal, but it seems to me that this is due to external factors (heavy clouds, rain). But it quickly catches the signal at startup.

Wow, its a bit different than before. All you do is open up detector tools and it automatically determines your last update and adds whats needed without having to download the database separately.

Note: you must uninstall the old version of detector tools before downloading the new one.

Hi. What is from your experience the best Firmware for the 9500i ? I use it only on K and Laser and now i have the latest soft installed. 1.11.60.
Did you test it? Any better version than this ?
