I'm sorry to hear that happened to you. I hope you do fight it and also hope you beat it. There is something especially offensive about having your property stolen by anyone (including LEOs)

I may joke about this, but it boils my blood to know that you got screwed like this. Get a goog lawyer, and best of luck to you.

Do we know if OPP uses the American model of the Spectre or the export model? The export model is known to be more sensitive.

I'm sure he's used to looking for RDs in the same places on most cars. Its probably the first place he looked and got lucky. I would bet money he didn't detect it. If he sees your car enough he would have stopped you long ago. Or as someone else said he picked up a p.o.s. detector. Do you run it dark?

Or it could have just been a leaky RedLine.

Stealth Stalker holds a valid point, he could have been using a different model of the spectre. Maybe GOL could check this out.

I was the only vehicle near the O.P.P crusier. I could only have been me.

My car has limo tints and is almost impossible to see into. I believe the cop was lying. He said he detected the redline. I still don't believe now I have to fight it in court.

The Leo took the redline and gave a ticket he indicated that the offence carried a 5 point infraction. Turns out to be 3 points.
