Woot, great choice! I just used my 8500 S7 tonight, and it worked like a charm picking up two separate 35.5 I/O encounters in/around Little Rock.

I gotta agree, seems like the best detector in that price range by far!

I know that atleast some of the local LEO's use Laser (FHP and Plantation PD, not sure on others) so Ill definitly be looking into some kind of laser jammer in the future.
