9500ix Race Red Back Ordered? Should I wait or get something else?

I placed an order for a 9500ix Race Red Edition with Escort in part due to the payment plan option. I am told now they are on back order. Any thoughts on whether this is the way to go or should I consider something else like a Valentine 1 ? I recently purchased the Laser Interceptor and see that it works in combination with the V1. Any thoughts?

Why did you place an order for the 9500iX in the first place? You won't get the payment plan option with a v1.

Two weeks ago. The payment plan seemed like a nice option but it is not a necessity. The more I read about the V1 the more I am thinking about cancelling my order.

You can use any laser jammer with any detector. They are two separate devices. Our ZR4 laser shifter will integrate controls and displays through our detectors but you can also use them separately.

The 9500ix will identify and eliminate false alerts and alert you to fixed location red light and speed cameras. It's an excellent performing detector that will keep you notified of threats without annoying false alarms. I highly recommend it. If you have a iPhone or Android based smartphone then you can also use our new Escort Live app with the 9500ix. It will provide an extra level of information from other Escort Live users in your area.

I am with you! I waited 3 weeks and got an E Mail saying another 3 to 4 weeks. Look into the redline with escort live! Almost as nice looking as th racer and with live has better features and specs, plus you can still use thier payment plan. Compare!

Loving the 9500ix I use, highly recommend it to anyone and the race finish is great as well. I am not a vendor on the forum but Canadian members feel free to PM me and I can point you in the right direction of a place that has the race versions in stock.

You mean AutoLearn. Not to get picky but all of our detectors have a feature called AutoMute. Only our 9500ix, 9500ci, and Beltronics STi-R Plus models have AutoLearn which learns and eliminates X and K radar false alerts.
