Hello there,

Just wanted to say Hi and get my first thread so I can post replies. I found this forum by accident searching out a new 10/11 meter antenna for my Jeep. I read some interesting posts regarding CB radio and thought I might be able to contribute with my 10+ years of experience in radio.

I don't currently own a radar detector. I'm not sure if that matters or not here. I doubt it does. I drive a 4x4 Jeep with a V8. I get bad enough gas mileage as it is, speeding isn't a big concern.
