    Aren't RDs ILLEGAL in France?

If the answer is YES, you might want to educate yourself... before it's too late:

If France is like Germany you might need to remove your M27 before your annual vehicle inspection. They will knick you for that.

I thought France was very strict on RD and jammers. I was there about three weeks ago and didn't seen any.
Bonne nuit with the time difference.

Yes they are but it seems that most of the cops out there don't even know what it is. They mostly think its a GPS Speed Camera Detector which is allowed in France. Anyways , I mounted the V1 close enough to me so I can remove it in 3 seconds max ( velcro is usefull on those situations )

Of corse I plan to have the M27 as stealth as possible but again , I don't even know if our cops are aware of this...

We don't have annual inspections in France. Only the usual 2 Services from MB ( if you own a MB .... )

Yes you need. And you now need 2 of them , on any cases. Highway or not.

OK, what about the cop asking you to get out of the car, he/she starts searching the entire car also body-searching you as well???

Do cops in France have the power of search and seize RDs anytime they simply have suspicion (the Spectre RDD in their cruiser alerting them for such device coming from your car) somebody is driving with an RD in their car?
