New from Alberta!

Hey everyone, new from Alberta here. Just picked up an Escort 9500ix on Tuesday after chilling on the site for a while as a guest and I'm quite impressed. It's paid itself off almost twice in the last 2 days. Anyway, just thought I'd become part of the community...this tech is amazing, I can't see how I ever drove without it.

Are radar detectors still legal in Alberta? I hear they keep changing the laws about them every few years.

Nope the IX is great so far, just updated everything and stuff and it's all set up. Had some amazing saves already! And to CBDC, yes they're still legal in Alberta, as are laser jammers if I'm not mistaken.

Excellent. Keep up the good work. If laser is used in your country, I would suggest getting a laser jammer. It is the only sure defense against police laser.
