I abso agree with this. I was in columbus ohio for the summer and i used my cb radio a lot. It saved me a number of times. I have seen a lot of laser being used as well so watch out for that......Ohio is crazy about their enforcement, theres a reason why they rank 2 after NJ.

If i was you, i would make sure i have a rabbit on the freeway.....

Wow - I haven't listened to a CB since the 80's! Much too much noise in NY metro area! THey love the laser here now too.

i try not to listen to the cb in the city. it makes no sense anyways....too much disturbance from power lines......I keep mine on during interstate driving or on freeways only.......sadly i do not have the cash to get a scanner...lol....a jammer takes top priority for me at this moment....so saving up for it...
