I plan on getting a V-1 asap, as for lasers I think I am leaning towards getting a jammer. Ive read a few things about the Blinder M27, is this something that you guys would recommend to use with the V-1? Or is is possible to use a cheaper alternative with similar results?

A month ago i tried to do a ride-along with a LO officer (to get a better understanding of their speed traps...) but my app was turned down due to lack of funding... Funny how they can buy 2 new bikes and a boat but I can't sit in the otherwise empty seat of a car for a few hours...

Blinder M27 is minimum bid, but I would recommend the laser interceptor dual instead. It's much more effective and not much more expensive. Ask Stealth Stalker - he'll give you the scoop.

In whose world is that not much more expensive, a difference of $221, to me not much more means $50 or less.

Prices have fallen even further. Forum members can get LI Dual for $625 so the price diff is $146. but I would agree that M27 is a good value buy and provides strong performance.

Welcome Hodness. You may also want to look into Laser Veil G4....a cheaper alternative to a jammer.

WRONG! Veil is NOT an alternative to a jammer. Veil helps compensate for a weak jammer. Without a jammer it is useless.

We don't even know what Hodness is driving yet, so it's a little premature to make recommendations. But if he is driving the average car, that requires Veil along with the Blinder to get satisfactory results, then yes, his cost just went up to over $600 dollars, which isn't much of a difference.

You may also want to look into Laser Veil G4....a cheaper alternative to a jammer. V1 has very good laser sensitivty...etc....might help prevent that next laser ticket. If you have the money...get a laser jammer for the best laser protection.

Sorry, I have to raise the flag on this one. Veil + a V1 will not save you from police laser. You are located in Dallas? Come down to Houston for one of our jammer meets and I'll show you

portland moto cops shootin the ultralytes and beaverton down that hill in center pit.. you need jamm there arse a V1 and jammers w veil will help the most.. i been useing blinders for last 3 years never had a problem i pound my civic race car on 26 and 99e from milwaukie the poorland motos sit by the railroad union pacific too at night and further down 99e there bastards trust me if u get out of the car they pull the glock out balancing the moto and point it in ur face yelling get in car turn off ur motor now. milwaukie shoots on hwy 224 and 99e by liquor commision and by porn store .... heres sergant showin kids laser...
