I do drive to SoCal every so often. Which forum would I check to contact that member?

    Thanks in advance.

Question Re: Newbie from Southern Nevada

Any truth to the rumor that LI Quad sensors can be installed vertically? I don't see it being advantageous since wouldn't it limit the coverage detection.

They can be installed vertical, but I don't know anyone they has tested them extensively in that position. We had one member that had them vertical on the rear but switched them. He seems to be better with them horizontal, but there were other factors that may have been limiting them in the vertical position.

    Nice install though!!

Question Re: Newbie from Southern Nevada

LI has an optional PA/JAM Mode Switch available. Since I drive in a few states where jammers aren't kosher, would it be worth paying the nominal fee for such a switch to explain the presence of the sensors if spotted on a stop?

No. The odds of you getting caught with a jammer are slim to none if you use the jammer right:

You slow down to the posted speed limit, turn off your jammers, and go about your business.

I'm just thinking out loud. Any thoughts on how to make a single mute button that silences both the speakers for the LI Quad and the 9500ci.
