with mostly city driving I would recommend the 9500ix or 9500ci if you are willing to spend the money on that as it is concealed, as for a jammer I will say go and check out the Guys of Lidar testing for their results and you make up your own mind on that

I don't think GOL is all that hard to understand. I went there before even started to purchase any of my counter measurements.
