New in DFW

I am new the the forum. I got my first RD back in the early 90s.

I currently run an old Escort 8500 in my wife's car and a V1 in my truck. I am a ticket magnet. My last ticket was via laser, so I picked up a blinder m47 set up for my truck. The police bikes here run lidar and some of the cities.

I am hoping to do my install this week, if the weather holds.

You got a great setup w/you V1 (the 8500 ain't to shabby either) and w/the M-47 Blinder series.

I am in the northern area, up in Frisco. Or Southern Oklahoma, as my friends call it.

I have had the V1 for a number of years. I love it. A little too chirpy at times. Now to get my M47's installed.

Not to far from me then. I'm in Allen. You made some good choices with the V1 and the M47. You're going to want to get those things installed ASAP. Bikes around Allen and Plano were running lidar more than I have ever seen before I went out of town. I can't speak for Frisco though as the only time I drive up there is when I go to Stonebriar.

I'm guessing the term "Frisco" means north? Since I've only heard that reference to a city by the bay.

Is that where most of the Razoo's restaurants are?
