    Welcome. NJ guy here as well. Ditch the mirror mount idea and use the suction cups to mount up higher on windshield.

    Use the visor mount and attach it to the headliner. It will mount flush with greats views both front and rear. CD near the speedo.

    Good on Ya for getting/having the V1, it's a awesome RD. Also give some thought to trying to make it look as "stealthy" as possible, also think about a Concealed Display (CD) it's awesome too.
