LI Dual Head Installation on Impreza Hatch back door

Has any on done an installation of a Laser Interceptor Dual head set up in the rear hatch back door? Can you run the cables with the original automobile cables through the rubber wiring conduct?

I have not done so but most installs are usually more easily done through existing cable runs and access points.
