Not sure but I remember him offering me back in the day to purchase like 50 or 100 units from for a deep discount and sell them here stateside. I figured he was the source of all the random units that show up on ebay and other less reputable websites.

Didn't follow distributors agreements at all, formed the prices at will and sold the units to territories that had legit distributors. After he was warned more then a few times his distributorship was terminated.

Most independent tests show the LI is better then the Blinder. I don't think anyone has (or had) both installed on there vehicle for real-world performance comparisons, so you have to take the test setups. Anyone?

Well, there is really not a lot of chance that you'll need the warranty, from our experiences here. But if you do, you can absolutely have confidence that your issue will be rectified very quickly. Look at all the threads here posting about Cliff's insane level of commitment to customer service. Trust me, for what an LI costs, those people would be raising Hell if they weren't satisfied, yet we just don't see it.

There is also no doubt that it is better than the Blinder, performance wise. GOL and CFL both have tested them side by side on the same vehicle for direct comparisons, and the LI comes out on top.

That said, depending on what you drive, you may or may not need the level of performance that the LI provides. Stealthy cars require a lot less than a white, chrome laden car with a front plate. But there is no such thing as overkill with jammers. More is always better, because even the stealthy cars occasionally get tagged.

Also, you will see plenty of compliments on Blinder's customer service here too. I have yet to see or have a Blinder issue that was not quickly addressed by Micah or Leon, both going the extra mile for satisfaction.

Bottom line is that you simply cannot go wrong with either company. You just have to assess your requirements and decide which is appropriate for your car and driving habits.

I'd say the most important thing is what's your budget and what type of performance your looking for? I totally agree with Stealth...
