The HP is the only jammer to get JFG consistently at the MOAC. It never failed, not close or far.....
My regular LI has JFG everything on the rear of my car

It all depends on your mounting
The Vette does not lend to optimal mounting locations. But the HP's were to defeat the MOAC not really for everyday situations. They do work great for everyday situations though.

I would like to repeat the test in Houston with Av8terZ06 since he also has a corvette. I have the HP and he has the regular heads. Placement should be almost the same since I copied how he had his set up. It could be interesting if all parties and guns can meet in one location at an appointed time. Also I believe that my set up on the 350Z was not right head placement alignment with the road and I think they were set back to far; because since installing it on my vette, I have been tagged 6 times and not been pulled over.

Sorry not to hijack thread , But yes I think that the HP's are worth the money I believe that are stronger than the regular heads; Which I have installed on the rear of my vette. However if anyone in the Austin Area has a gun I could stop by for testing. PM me

I can not confirm that the standard unit will not be effective.
However, you might want to ask Cliff's opinion at LI
I had the same thoughts as you -- my car is a black 996 with no front licence plate.
    Cliff recommended the Quad HP
The 996 has big headlights which make a good target and there are no optimum head locations at the rear.
