Extend LI Wires
Can you extend the wires for your LI heads? My 2 rear heads have wires that are not long enough to mount in the location I actually need the so I hade to settle mounting them in the same area Cliff did on his Mercedes. I wanted to mount them in the tag area but could not.

I would try and test a splitter with a cord first before installing.

They are already installed but was wondering so maybe I could change down the road some time.

Use a rj12 double female connector... it should work as long as it's not a crossover extension cable...
The quesiton is that how much it can affect the jamming...

That is what I am worried about. If it affects the jammer....I'll test this weekend and see if moving is neccessary.

I'd e-mail Cliff and see what he has to say. If no one has ever tested it, i'd be interested in seeing results. I imagine those who have trucks would have difficulty fitting jammers in a clean install. I didn't have that much extra cabling after doing my car, and I've got a small BMW 3'er.

I have an RJ12 female to female connector on my rear head wires on my ML Merc. I used spare wire from the front sensors with new plugs added.
This has been extensively tested by me against PLII, Unipar SL700, UL 100pps.
I observed no discernible impact in jamming.
