Install tips for 08 Honda Civic coupe?

Ya I found a hole right behind where the clutch would have been if my car were manual and brought them through there with a coat hanger.
I had to cut the ends off though so I'll have to get that tool for putting the male ends back on which sucks.
Just cuttin the shims now....

I've got them there....the grill isnt perfectly level though so I'm having to play around with the angles but too much play and the tape comes off...frustrating

I know they have to be square to the road but what if they're off a little vertically if that makes sense.....

like furrowed eyebrows \ / hahah u know what I mean? they are barely off but its just the angle of the grill....

pictures worth a thousand words....they dont look too bad actually i can just tell with the level they aren't 'perfect'....pretty damn close though
