LI question??? Could be a stupid one!

Ok, has anyone running the LI system gotten a radar induced speeding ticket? Or even more, the LI HD system?
If so, what went wrong?
I really want to install one of these systems, but the are expensive and I am just trying to justify the cost.

It doesn't matter, given that I was "clocked" with radio waves between 33.8-35.5MHz.
LIs won't help you in that spectrum.

In reference to your post header, the only stupid question is the one that goes unasked IMHO.
W/any good system you have to check it to make sure it's operating the way it should or you can expect a friendly (or not so friendly) visit from a LEO.
Also remember a LI system should be part of a layered CM defense, I would strongly encourage adding (if you haven't already) a good CB to your current vehicle set up. If your worried about the cost of upgrading your CM then don't speed because w/CM layered defense it ain't cheap. Also think about what just one ticket will do to you concerning the funds, you can expect the cost of the ticket itself then the court cost and then worst case your insurance gets wind of your ticket then it's slam bam for more mulah to give up.
