My first save with LI!

Got a test and a first save today! I had to drive to conference in Jersey during the midday, so the highway was pretty empty. I was driving with my co-worker doing a definite ticket speed on the Garden State paying attention to the road but having a conversation. I always look out for any cops around but this time completely missed him. I was driving on a local part of the highway in the left lane with the express part to the left of me with with about 10-15 feet of grass in between. All of a sudden both my redline an LI went of. This is when i spotted the cop parked to the left of the express lane. He was targeting me from across the express highway. I let off the gas, gently slowed down to about 70 (SL 65) and turned LI off. The second I turned the LI off, redline went off. I guess he got my speed and moved on to the next car. Thank you very much LI!

Thanks, I did not want to add insult to injury. Also pissing off a nj state trooper is probably a very bad idea...

You must be talking about the spot heading southbound about a quarter mile from 114. Sitting under a tree to the left of the express lane. They love that spot.
