How are you going to mount the rears in the blue location? Are you going to cut a notch out of the tails for it? Or are you going to mount them inside the tails? I'm new here, so don't mind me, but I have been reading a lot about cm placement. It seems like we need to go to extraordinary measures when trying to get optimal locations. Just curious.

I need more advice guys. I'm trying to decide whether to put two more heads in the front, for complete protection, or to put them on the back like I originally had planned. Here's my thinking. I live in NJ, and to the best of my knowledge, they do not shoot the rears here. Also, the way I had the two heads up front now, gave up PT with I think it was the Ultralyte at 70 something and 90 something feet. I haven't permanently mounted the two heads yet, but would like to soon. Should I put the two extra heads I was going to put in the back, up front instead? Two reasons for me contemplating this is, I dont think LEO's in NJ shoot to rear of cars, and say I get pulled over, and the LEO sees the sensors in back, the chances of me getting a warning are slim to none. What do u guys thinks?

I'm pretty sure NJ does rear shots, radarrob can confirm. Even if you don't typically see them it only takes once to get you a ticket. If a LEO has issues getting your speed on the front why wouldn't he shoot you in the rear as you drove by?

Also I won't worry to much about a 70ft PT. Your never going to be 100% protected, its just not possible. Freak PTs happen

NJ will shoot you in the rear. There are videos on it. I would put a quad up front and a dual on the rear. But if you can't afford it, get the quad, put in front and rear. Save up for black friday and buy the dual

I already have the quads. Is it confirmed that there will be sick deals for Black Friday? If so, I may buy two more heads for the rear, and put 4 up front. Gotta convince my wife tho, I've already spent about 1300 on LI Quad, V1, CD for the V1.

Not confirmed but they might have a sale. I mean, its 10% off now. Gotta wait till black friday. Who knows.

But the last deal was insane. I had to buy a dual LI for the rears. Now I have to mount my rears to the front and setup the new duals for the back.

Just think. You spent all this money on countermeasures...whats another 500 bucks for a dual?

If you can pull the blue off in the below pic I'd give that a shot.
Need a new gameplan guys. Apparently, I have to take off my bumpers to take off my tail lights. Yes, even the ones on the trunk, I'd have to take the bumper off. Doesn't make sense, but that's what I've been told numerous times. There's no way I'm doing that right now, so does anyone have any other suggestions? Without being able to place in the blue, my main concern now is more protection to the side of the car, then the center. Chances of getting hit off axis is more likely in my humble opinion.
