whatever it is, 10 minutes to 40 minutes, you paid for something to get done. Lets say you goto the doctor for a prescription and you forget it. what are you going to do? goto another doctor or just goto the store to pick out any medication? You're going to go back right? Whats the big deal?

If your comfortable with doing it yourself then do it yourself, however you did pay for a service and if they were made aware of how the heads needed to be installed than you should get them to do it.

I do want to go back. Problem is that the place is ~40 minutes from my house... I guess I'll email the guy who I've been in contact with over there and see what he says.

    Thanks!

Got a response from my guy at the shop:
    Hi,

When would you like to come in. The sensors we looked and we installed with both writing on the top. The instructions were not clear which one is top a bottom.
