They're trying to be clever about it because more people buy them to jam than park.

According to the company, it's supposed to primarily a parking sensor that may interfere (read "jam") with laser sources (read "police laser".)

Really, it's a laser jammer that also has the ability to serve as a parking sensor. BTW, the AL does the same thing, but the AL is marketed primarily as a jammer.

What is so bad about the Blinder compared to the LPP?

^ Against the LPP and AL twins, the "0"-suffix Blinder units do present a bit of a performance compromise, even with a four-head unit of the Blinder. It's easy to visualize this with the results tabulated in the latest Guys of Lidar testing.

With your specific post here, the bigger problem would be that no-one has yet put up independent objective testing results of the "5"-suffix Blinder units.

Yeah thats true. Everything out right now is data on the M40. Can you get a LPP with 4 heads?

^ Currently, the 4-head enabled control-box for the LPP is not yet available - at least not in North America. I believe the rumor was that it's at least a couple months' wait on this.

If you want an LPP setup, you'll need to run two control boxes.

The AntiLaser 4-head enabled control-box, however, is, I believe, already available.

Antilaser 4-head cbox is aveilable and it's on the market for about 2-3 months now.

I don't know about NA,but LPP 4-head cbox is aveilable in Europe.
I can't post any links, because of forum rules(no dealers links)
    So,instead running 2-cboxes,maybe ordering from EU isn't such a bad idea,right?

I dont really want to order from the EU since the exchange rate sucks. I would rather wait until an authorized seller here has the 4 head LPP and the remote off Cheetah is available. My next long drive will be going home for christmas from MN, so I can wait until then for an LJ system.
