AntiLaser G8 vs Blinder M45

I have gotten my laser jammer decision down to these two. I want the G8 more, but I am a bit nervous about having to order from the UK ect. I was just wondering about anyones experience about getting the G8 and then having it installed ect in the US. On a side note, is there anyway to test that either of these systems are working without actually going out and finding a cop with a laser gun?

Define "working." With the Blinder, you can shoot it with a remote during it's startup/testing period. With the AL, it seems that as long as the parking pulse pulses every second, it should be working. This can be checked with a camera with Nightshot.

This is only testing if the units themselves are functioning, not if it is installed properly. The only way to test that you won't get immediate punch throughs would be to rent, or otherwise aqcuire, a laser gun and shoot your car.

Yeah I mean to know that it was installed correctly ect. I am more than likely going to take it somewhere to have it installed. That is another reason why I am leaning towards getting the M45 since they have dealers in the US and I could take it to a certified dealer to install it for me.

stay far away from the M45. hell run from it.

go with a laser pro park. as per AL I don't trust the build quality.

Everything I'm getting is for a parking sensor... I dont get it.

Yeah, I know. Read the fine print on the parking sensor site. Specifically look for interference issues during operation. That should clear things up for you.

Ok so i just read all of the stuff on their site and I'm not sure if I am interpreting this correctly, but are there two settings? One for parking and one for jamming?
