AL G8 17.21 does not trigger to Traffipatrol XR

Hey guys.... and gals...

I came accross a LEO using a Traffipatrol XR... and guess what.. .AL G8 does not pick it up... so sad... Its a bit stressful on the roads now...

I hope AL is working on a fix...

Any one else experience this?

spot on lad. was thinking the same. i was wondering about one thing though. if/when the privitisation comes in here it will mean a load of gatsos and more mobile traps as well right?

these mobile traps will no doubt be operated by the company that gets the tender so who is to say where this crowd will get their LIDAR from? i just hope they stick with Lti :wink: .

back to you anjoem. i hope you didnt find out the hard way man. still its gotta suck knowing these guns are out there. i hope they come up with a fix soon for this one.

This is not news, why are you surprised? You should know that TraffiPatrol XR is not listed on our website as a gun that AL was tested against?
The news is - Software 17.46 Works with the XR (<No E48 code>) and is available from the beginning of 2008. News will be updated on our website soon.

Good stuff.. i am glad to hear that. I only posted this topic as there are only a few countries using this gun and the fact that this forum's members are mainly from the US.... and not even bothered by guns not reaching their country... i had to just voice my opinion...
