Help me choose a laser jammer and radar detector setup

So i've spent some time on GOL reading their tests and also on radarbusters.

I dont know which one to get. at first i leaned towards the zr4 becuase of the capability to connect with their detectors, and i dont know how that will benefit me.

then after calling radarbusters i leaned towards the blinder m25, that seemed to fair a bit better on the tests of the latest GOL test.

laser interceptor still seems to be the best, but i dont know if it IS worth the extra money, especially if im not going to be blatantly speeding.

the car that it is going to be on will be a 2007 volkswagen gti, there is an issue here for the front as none of the grilles are bars, they are all honeycomb, so i assume some dremeling will be involved?

in the end i'd like something that is more on the affordable side, but not close to being useless. i want something that will save my butt when im least expecting it, and something that wont break my wallet.

If you're concerned about cost, simply match the performance of your chosen unit, versus your local area's enforcement profile - both hardware as well as enforcement practices.

As long as the jammer's performance is sufficient to handle your area's enforcement profile, you'll do fine.

Blinder M25 j15+ will be plenty to serve you as a laser jammer

You will have to dremel the honey comb grill though to properly mount the jammers

i live in washington state, i believe state patrol has mostly switched to laser for highways now. there are still some officers that use radar on smaller, less busy roads.

so besides the m25, what other good options do you think would suit my car?

Many people say that, since the latest GOL, there really are only two Jammers. LI and Blinder. Veil your headlights and keep the front licence plate off, and a Blinder will do you fine. If you want the piece of mind that an extra $300 dollars buys, get an LI, but I don't think it is absolutely necessary for that vehicle with Veil.
