Excuse me that is a requirement for ECE certification. Cars sold in Europe require them due to glare.

Regarding the post that questioned retail LI unit(s) performance.....

Install, car, shooter, point of aim, angle, sunlight, all kinds of crap can change the outcome of any given encounter. LI has done so well at reducing PT's that any PT at all is now seen as some sort of failure.

I run some of the weakest jammers on the market (ZR3, ZR4, LP905) in my vehicles and there are conditions where they give PT's as high as 700ft. (worst case) However, when shot under normal conditions, they have saved me many times from real LEO's, and real tickets.

It's great to get JTG/JFG but JFTicket is what matters most to me.

I don't think there is / was anything "fishy" with the LI's in these tests or any of the other retail units Cliff sells.

The truspeed is pretty easy to jam in most situations. But remember the beam is tighter than most meaning in some situations it can be very deadly.

just curious, but where you read that the beam is tighter?

I have empirically tested a PLIII, LaserAtlanta and TruSpeed, and the beam at 100-125' is noticeably smaller. Tested against V1, ZR4 and LI heads at that distance.

    Please expand on this.

You mean cars with HID headlights turned on, had improved jamming performance over the same car with HID lights off?
By lower punch through numbers you are talking less feet to PT??

    That's what he said.

HID ON = LOWER PT DISTANCE
